He earned his degree from the University of Memphis and began his career in public accounting before transitioning into senior leadership roles in healthcare. In 2015, he acquired and successfully managed hospice organizations, which he later sold in 2020. Under his leadership, Hospice Dynamix has become a pioneer in AI-driven predictive analytics, helping hospice providers optimize financial, operational, and compliance decisions.
