EMR is updated upon a patient’s admission to Hospice Service.

In real-time Hospice Dynamix scrubs that patient data and pulls all diagnostic, demographic and historical data.

The software then cross references that Data across the entire Hospice Dynamix data base to identify similar patient profiles, ultimately designating a Predictive Length of Stay for that patient

Dashboard Updated

The patient will then join the data base for that hospice organization, adjusting the Hospice Dynamix Dashboard accordingly.

That patient profile then enters the Hospice Dynamix Database, allowing the software to engage in “crowd learning”.

Because the data is dynamic, if there is any change in the patient’s status, the software will identify that information and update the patient’s Predicted Length of Stay accordingly.
